average stay with notable issues
inadequate air conditioning plastic shower curtain
the front staff was friendly enough upon arrival and quickly processed my check-in.
the room felt dated and not up to par for the price i paid a significant issue was the inadequate air conditioning the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay making it difficult to sleep soundly. the bathroom was also a letdown it featured an old plastic curtain in the shower which seemed out of place in a hotel of this supposed caliber.

Acceptable Location. DISAPPOINTING room
faulty air conditioning noisy portable air conditioner
The location was perfect for my plans. I could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions.
Upon arrival, my room was much warmer than expected. It reached 24.5 degrees celsius, and the air conditioning WASN'T functioning properly. Staff eventually provided a portable air conditioner, BUT it was quite noisy. The lack of follow-up from the hotel.

slow room service small gym
The location was acceptable. It was central to everything I needed.
I found the room service to be quite slow. It took over an hour to get a simple order of coffee and toast one morning, and when it arrived, the toast was cold. I was also disappointed that the gym was so small. There were only a few machines, and it was often crowded, so I couldn't complete my workout as planned.

The bed was GREAT. I slept VERY well. The location was perfect for shopping. It was SO accessible. The staff were attentive to my needs.
